Beach weekend!

We went to Myrtle Beach to visit family a couple of weeks ago and Oliver had a BLAST. We started off the trip on Friday by going to dinner with Matt's sister and her family at Outback. Oliver loved seeing his Uncle Phillip, Aunt Sherry and his cousin Jessica. We missed seeing little miss Lauren because she was having a blast at a birthday party sleepover. Dinner was funny to watch because all Aunt Sherry and Jessica did was argue over holding Oliver. He had fun loving on both of them!

After dinner we headed to Dee Dee and Daddy T's beach house to get settled in for the very busy weekend. On Saturday my sister, Oliver's Aunt Dani, and her boy's, David and Jonathan, came over so we could all go play in the indoor pool. Oliver did not know what to think at first but he quickly adjusted to it and had a ball. He went swimming with Mommy and Daddy and he even floated around in his frog float. He did GREAT!!! He even laughed when he got splashed by his cousin's. I think that he is going to be a little fish in the future because he loved the pool and he does not mind getting water on his face.

Once we got done with our Sona family nap time we loaded up the golf cart with the cousins, Dee Dee and Daddy T and we went down to the ocean. Oliver thought that it was a little bright at first but once we were out there for a few minutes he got used to it and started having fun. He loved putting his little feet in the sand and seeing the waves crash on the shoreline. His Daddy cannot wait for this summer so he can take him in the ocean, build sand castle's together and do a little afternoon crabbing.

On Sunday morning Oliver played with David and Jonathan until he literally passed out in his walker. He had so much fun laughing at them and giving them drool kisses. We also went to Uncle Trey's church, Wellspring Church, and Oliver had a blast in the nursery. After lunch we took a quick family nap and then headed home.

Oh how we can't wait for SUMMER to arrive!!!
